1. the zoo snake was a boa and nagini is a python
2. the snake Harry set free was really grateful to him and they even had a friendly conversation, I don’t recal Nagini being so friendly or talktive
3. Harry set the snake free before he learns that he’s a wizard….and before he knew voldemort. Its very unlikely that voldement would find the exact same snake.
